Svyaznoy Bank integrates the CIS

The Neoflex company completed integration of key applications at the IBM WebSphere ESB platform for ensuring sales and service of retail banking products in "Svyaznoy Bank".

Background

Coherent Bank needed to bring quickly to the market the universal bank card and other retail products extended through network of mobile communications centers Svyaznoy and own bank departments. For achievement of effective objectives the decision was made: construct IT architecture of bank in ideology of SOA, necessary for the fastest output to the market of new financial products and modification of existing.

Implementation

As the partner in project implementation the Neoflex company acted.

At the first stage of the project of Neoflex executed integration testing and based on SOA started pilot in Nizhny Novgorod and Kazan.

During the project approval of the information systems which are responsible for work with plastic cards, among which the system of input of requests for receiving credit cards, the system of their processing, a scoring system, etc. was provided. Interaction with software "The central server of payment acceptance" of bank providing transfer of payments to different payment systems was so organized.

Obtaining information is performed from several bureaus of credit histories and also the corporate data warehouse of Svyaznoy Group which contains information on participants of the program Svyaznoy Club. Now a story of the relations of the client with retail chain stores is considered at decision making about issue of a bank loan.

The built infrastructure will allow bank, in process of emergence of new problems of development, to quickly implement new information systems and to start business processes.
