On July 4, 2018 Svyaznoy|the Euroset consolidated company announced the beginning of cooperation with SAP company. The united company will construct business processes on the information management system a trading activity of SAP that, as expected, will allow to increase efficiency of its operating activities.

After system testing of SAP the combined team made the decision to scale technologies on all company. Cooperation with SAP began in 2005 with Euroset company. In architecture of Euroset SAP solutions, including SAP ERP, were successfully implemented by SAP HR, SAP PO SAP BW. Advantages of use of this information system are the uniform central management system, an audiruyemost of data, minimization of personnel and cost of ownership.

Cooperation with SAP will allow to minimize "stand-alone" knowledge, to arrange regulations of relationship between key divisions of the company, having improved, thus, general management by business processes. 2016: Implementation of the SAP platform in Svyaznoy

The federal omnichannel retailer "Svyaznoy" began with spring of 2016 product introduction of SAP. The company expects to complete the first stage of implementation in the middle of 2017.

As a result a commodity and inventory control, purchase management and logistics, non-commercial purchases and also accounting and financial accounting (including accounting under RAS and IFRS) the retailer having 2,700 shops in 919 cities of Russia and an annual turnover about 500 billion rubles will be performed by means of SAP applications. At the same time Svyaznoy will continue to work also with the existing internal systems which are supported by successful business processes in the company.

The company notes that SAP implementation considerably will increase transparency of all processes in the company and will allow to implement the best practices of the western and Russian retailers from different sectors of the market.

At the first stage of implementation the retailer does not open the amount of investments.

As Tikhonov Sergey, the communications manager of retailer "Svyaznoy" comments: Svyaznoy is going to make use of experience of the integrator owning the best practices of SAP implementation of for Retail. Naturally, in the course of implementation different divisions of the company, owners of business processes which will happen in the future in SAP will participate. As for IT specialists of Svyaznoy, for them specialized training will be organized – in the company consider that it will increase personal capitalization of employees who will get experience with the leading industrial IT system.
