Svyazstroykomplekt completes implementation of ERP

On February 26, 2014 the Energy Consulting group announced the implementation project of the information system Sage ERP X3 in Svyazstroykomplekt company implemented for control and supply management, customer relations.

Project Tasks

The necessity of the project is caused by the requirement of business to quality improvement of customer service, transparency of the expense accounting and planning of a financial result on each delivery. The management of "Svyazstroykomplekt" made the decision on implementation of the full-function information management system of Sage ERP X3.

When choosing a considerable impact had systems, in addition to existence of necessary functionality, the ergonomic interface with the configured visual processes which allow to make enterprise management visual. An opportunity to quickly customize a system practically excludes need of additional developments that reduces terms and costs for implementation.

Project Progress

During the project specialists of Energy Consulting automated process of management of deliveries at each stage. In a system characteristics of a load are considered (weight, nomenclature) and all planned costs on each action in a chain accumulate. A system controls the status of execution of the order and calculates the planned profit.

Aggregate term of the project made seven months. The management subsystem module customer relations (CRM) was implemented within six weeks.

Project Results

System implementation helped to eliminate errors during the planning of deliveries and customer interaction, to considerably reduce time for execution of operations, to increase efficiency of activity of the enterprise and transparency of planning.

The company management had an ability to manage strategy and delivery time, forecasting of a financial result on the basis of up-to-date information.
