Swagger Diesel (BIT:CRM 8)

The project of automation of FORS Diesel company by specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) is completed. The implemented solution allowed to create the unified information system and to simplify to the employees process of management of working time.

The FORS Diesel company has a long-term experience in the field of repair of hydraulics: press, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, hydraulic actuator. The accumulated experience on repair of hydraulic units and the developed development strategy allow the company to guarantee to the customers and partners reliability of cooperation.

Before implementation of the project in the company there was no uniform information base for work, there were problems with data and practices about clients, opportunities was not accurate to exercise control of transactions and monitoring of works.

The company management came to a conclusion that the BIT company will be the best partner who will make high-quality implementation. The following factors influenced such solution: a wide range of services, high qualification of employees and also individual approach both to the client, and to specifics of his business.

As a result of monitoring and assessment of business processes of the client it was decided to implement programs "BIT:CRM 8" and "1C: Accounting 8". Activity of sales department is automated. A system allowed to create uniform base for work of personnel; considerably the percent of errors decreased during creation of documents and delivery of the regulated reporting. Implementation allowed to lower percent of loss of information by transfer of the client from one manager to another. Besides, the head had a tool for control of work of sales managers that allowed to increase quality of service for clients.
