2023: Results of the implementation of Appius-PLM UFCI

OJSC Syktyvkar Tissyu Group introduced the Appius-PLM Product Lifecycle Management system in 2021 in order to improve the quality of products, optimize production, digitize data, and improve control over the use of resources by the enterprise. Appius announced this on May 5, 2023.

Among the main advantages of the Appius-PLM UZHCI software complex, on which the company relied when choosing - readiness for prompt implementation, the presence of a regulatory framework on the 1C platform: Enterprise and open codes.

To quickly put the Appius-PLM system into operation, APPIUS specialists created an end-to-end example based on the data provided by the enterprise, set up system objects: elements, element properties, reference tables, etc. The necessary calculations of material consumption rates for each type of product were also created, and a manufacturing technology was developed. As a result, Appius-PLM became the main source of data preparation for the 1C:ERP accounting system with which seamless integration was configured.

The most popular modules of the system at the enterprise are the "Design and Technological Reference Book," which describes the parameters of the product; "Manufacturing Technology Management," where the product composition is developed; "Calculation unit editor" to create calculations of material and labor standards; Task and process management modules to align the new product with the responsible employees.
