End of system implementation of planning in JSC Sinergiya

On September 1, 2010 the CROC company started system implementation of planning of IBM Cognos TM1 in Sinergiya company.

Expectations

A new system will allow to increase significantly efficiency of planning of activity of the company in its main business segment. Today the company interacts with more than 20,000 partners, each of which works with different brands of products of production of JSC Sinergiya.

Project basis

According to the management of the company, the moment when business prompted need of automation of planning process came.

The foundation is laid in the largest business segment, further is going to scale the solution on other directions, Nikolay Belokopytov, the chief financial officer of JSC Sinergiya noted.

Integrator

Result

On July 11, 2011 the project was complete.

Less than for half a year we created the high-performance schedule system of corporate scale customized under specific objectives, locating difficult algorithms of calculation and necessary flexibility for further development. Within the project we shared the IBM Cognos TM1 platform, plus with specialists of the customer was entered by necessary completions to solution methodology", - Maxim Andreyev, the head of business applications of CROC company commented.

Details

Specialists of CROC automated processes of formation of the main budgets: income and expenses (income and expense budget), cash flow (BDDS) and balance of each legal entity of holding and Group in general, with a possibility of elimination of intra group turnovers. Data in the main budgets are aggregated from functional units.
