GMCS completed the project on control automation by personnel based on the Boss-personnel officer system in the Synterra telecommunication company entering into the group of the same name – telecom operators.

Within the project, in addition to automation of personnel records and payroll, integration of the implemented solution with an accounting system of the operator was executed. The standard functionality of a system was expanded and added, including at the expense of the add-on module of calculation of awards. The special forms of reporting documents conforming to internal corporate standards were developed for personnel department and financial division. For interaction of HR department and other divisions of the company integration of the implemented HRM system and the intranet portal of the operator developed on SharePoint technology was executed.

Duration of project works was six months.

Except the company "Synterra", the group includes also companies "PeterStar", "Global Teleport", "Eurotel", "Teleport of SPb" and a number of regional telecom operators. At the moment GMCS carries out works on creation of the unified information system of personnel management for PeterStar company.

Besides, in May, 2008 the project on implementation in group ERP- systems started Microsoft Dynamics AX.
