System Leasing 24 (Homnet Leasing 8)

The Sistema Leasing 24 company specializing in rendering leasing services to small business completed the first and main stage of an implementation project of the end-to-end information system "Homnet Leasing 8" in one of the divisions.

The company was created at the beginning of 2008 and at once started formation of own branch network in different regions of Russia. Since the beginning of 2009 the company is going to open even more than 100 new sales points. For management of such branched structure the management needed the unified information system. For automation of the main business processes of the front office, a back office and accounting sold the industry solution on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform is selected, and implementation was entrusted to his developer, Homnet Leasing company (file).

The project on automation is implemented in a short time: it started in May, 2008, and in two months a system was started in sales points in Moscow, the Moscow region, Belgorod, Chelyabinsk and Yaroslavl. In addition to implementation of standard functionality of a system, within the project more evident and user-friendly interface of the program for credit experts was developed and also some other additional functions is added. Training of staff of customer company in work with a new information system took three days.

For development of a system development of calculators of charge and payments with elements of a financial analysis and also mechanisms of unloading and data loading for ensuring communication with the automated banking system of VTB 24 Bank is planned.
