For three months, System Electric received its own IT infrastructure with business applications and services deployed on it.

Systham Electric manufactures and supplies equipment and integrated solutions for power transmission and distribution projects. The company integrates the best technologies in real-time power management and automation, services and solutions for civil and housing facilities, data centers, infrastructure and industry. As a vertical technology company, System Electric offers customers and partners a single ecosystem based on Russian software.

Prior to the start of the project, System Electric's IT infrastructure was represented by network equipment that supports proxy connections and client devices. All resources, services and policies were in the infrastructure of the headquarters outside the Russian Federation. When System Electric became an independent Russian company, the IT department faced the task of localizing the IT infrastructure, in fact - creating its own, with all business applications and services that the company used before. To implement the project, the system integrator Platformix was involved.

The project was implemented in two stages: the creation of its own IT infrastructure and the development of an information security strategy.

At the first stage, the System Electric private cloud was organized on the basis of the data-centralbeeline cloud and all the necessary resources, services and business applications were deployed in it, in particular:

• network connectivity, traffic routing and isolation;
• Active Directory, Security and Automation Domain Policies
• a certification center for issuing digital certificates;
• Web proxies for users and applications
• e-mail infrastructure;
• corporate communications tools;
• IT configuration management tools;
• monitoring means;
• anti-virus protection;
• information security tools.

Experts from Platformix and Systam Electric formulated the requirements for cloud resources, compiled software specifications and set a task for the cloud provider. The first stage was implemented in just 3 months thanks to the close cooperation of the working group consisting of experts from Systam Electric, Platformix and beeline cloud, as well as the operational organization of specialized expertise centers based on Platformix.

As part of the second stage, Platformix and System Electric formulated an information security strategy: they prepared a description of the composition of the systems, developed policies, determined the number of full-time employees responsible for information security, drew up a plan for the implementation of information security projects, which included the priority, budget and deadline for the implementation of each project. Local information security policies were developed that describe processes and requirements for directions. These policies became the basis for the creation of a system of organizational and administrative documentation. The second stage was implemented in two months. As a result, System Electric received a detailed plan for the development of information security systems, taking into account all the features of the created infrastructure. IT infrastructure "System Electric" will also be used to localize the information resources of the company's factories.

In this project, the time was decisive - we had to quickly create an IT platform to ensure the continuous operation of the company. Platformix helped us a lot in this. All issues were resolved really quickly and professionally. Experts instantly joined the project and promptly resolved specialized issues.
