For automation of the Altotec plant uses intellectual Jungheinrich technologies

In the building about 60 meters long the high-rise warehouse with a capacity of 1000 the pallet and the automated warehouse for easy loads (ASW) expected approximately 7300 containers will be placed. The high-rise warehouse will be serviced by the crane piler from MIAS, Jungheinrich subsidiary company; the automated warehouse of small-pieces goods — the compact STC 2B1A crane piler of own development Jungheinrich.

At the maximum acceleration the compact STC 2B1A crane piler gathers speed more than 6 m/s that does it to the most highly productive in the class. Besides, the compact crane piler uses SuperCaps technology which allows to save the energy released during braking and to return it in a drive system at acceleration. As a result, the Jungheinrich concern managed to reduce power consumption by 25%.

In addition, at the enterprise it is unrolled warehouse management system Jungheinrich Warehouse Management System (WMS). This building block software is completely adapted for requirements of Altotec, and an opportunity to add modules WMS will allow the company to adapt to different changes in the future. Delivery also included the pipeline technology used in zones of receipt and monitoring of shipment of goods and also in a zone of collecting of orders for production.
