SDU "Priority" is implemented in TASS

Specialists Digital Design completed the project on automation of process of management of instructions based on the Priority system of documentary management (SDM) in the state news agency of Russia of TASS. The customer received a common information space for work and the effective instrument of control of performing discipline.

To the project all work with initiative instructions in TASS was performed generally on e-mail, and control of their execution was exercised on paper or in Excel. It led to loss of personal orders of the CEO and difficulties with consolidation of data together. The customer had no tool for control and the analysis of performing discipline.

For accomplishment of tasks of TASS the Russian company "Digital Design" which forces to the customer implemented SDU "Priority" developed by the contractor based on the Russian Docsvision Core platform was selected. Now in a system over 70 users from all divisions of the customer work.

SDU "Priority" provided to the customer efficiency of work with instructions and acceleration of decision making processes due to work in a single window. The analytics of results is implemented in the form of convenient reports on performing discipline for heads. Process of report generation covers all divisions of the company including distributed and multifilial structures. Thus, the management of TASS had tools for centralized operation by performing discipline and also for identification of problem places in business processes of the company.

The works on implementation of SDU "Priority" were completed in June, 2016. TASS and Digital Design plan continuation of cooperation within the following contract for automation of other processes of document flow of the customer.
