The Perekrestok trading House is federal supermarket chain (211 supermarkets in Russia and Ukraine), one of the first in the history of domestic retail. In 2003 the sales volume of Intersection was $453 million, and in 2008 — $2.7 billion.
Short project description:
Due to implementation of active development (intensive process of opening of new outlets) in TD Intersection there was a need of use of the reliable tool of the analysis and forecasting. As a result of a careful research of the market, in 2003 the Department of marketing selected an information and analytical system of ANTOR TerraMaster Location
Results of product introduction of ANTOR:
Use of ANTOR TerraMaster Location when choosing the locations of new supermarkets "Perekrestok" allows to increase considerably the forecast accuracy of cost efficiency of new projects, to increase the speed of return of investments (ROI), to reduce possible risks.
