The branch network of TD "Elektroizdeliya" at the moment has 9 representations in the different cities of the region, four of which work on unique, for this industry, the system of self-service. The good selection of products available provides the modern logistic center in Berezovsky.

The complexity and scale of the project was that the task stood not in automation of a single logistic center in Berezovsky. It was necessary to build the effective system of interaction between the distribution center, branches and shops which would allow to increase the processing speed of orders, to reduce logistic costs, to increase transparency of the movement of goods, to reduce losses of goods, to reach thereby the new interoperability layer with partners and clients.

During the project, in addition to, automation of the basic warehouse business processes (acceptance, placement, replenishment, selection, shipment), the company of recreation center Expert developed and implemented several additional tools: more than 70 reports for different divisions of the company: the top management, supply division, sales department. the integration tool with nontrivial internal logic of work considering order types, certain clients, etc. It is possible to select some of the implemented business processes:

Acceptance of the moved goods in branches one scanning. The combined pallets completed on the central RTs in branches are accepted by one scanning. Automation of operation of the manager who is passing the vehicle of the client on the territory. Allows to check readiness of the order for shipment, admission printing, purpose of gate of shipment and automatic formation of tasks for movement completed a pallet to the appointed gate. Possibility of differentiation of goods in a warehouse for the specific manager, i.e. a system does not allow to reserve and select goods if the manager ordered it for himself. Three-stage process of shipment of goods: packaging, placement in an expedition zone, loading in the vehicle. Allows to reduce regrading and also to reduce load time of orders in the vehicle. Work with cable products, including the special strategy of reservation of cable products considering the minimum construction remaining balance and also allowing to choose an optimal piece of a cable for the client. This project is demonstrative not only in view of complexity of business processes, the distributed warehouse infrastructure, but also on the level of alienability of the solution proposed by the company of recreation center Expert. In the course of implementation of a WMS system of VTD "Elektroizdeliya" the team of specialists which after project completion, extended INFOR WM to the remained branches and developed several tools based on the implemented WMS system was created. These are such tools as reservation process automation, automation of selection and packaging on branches for operational customer service. Also, for effective viewing and the analysis of a situation in a warehouse operational data analysis using BI – technologies which is based based on data of Infor WM 4000 is entered. The reports developed by OLAP show accommodation of groups of goods in a warehouse, quantity of the executed warehouse transactions for any period by warehouse workers, the movement of goods. There is in a development stage OLAP reports helping with setup of placement and setup of attributes of goods.

At the moment, a system is implemented on the central RTs, 9 branches, in a system more than 80 users work.
