TD Keraton (1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse)

The Keraton trading house is engaged in production and sale of a ceramic tile porcelain tile, dry mixes and plumbing fixtures. The company has 3 plants in Noginsk where all products are made on the Italian technology. Now the company is widely known in the market under such trademarks as "Mirage", "Estima", "Litokol", "Della-Ceramica". The enterprise has workshop on processing of porcelain tile and network of Studio-Ceramica salons selling a ceramic tile of the leading Italian manufacturers. In the company about 1000 people, a total quantity of production structures and warehouses – 8 work.

The aspiration of the company to create managerial base using a system "1C Logistics formed a basis for acceptance of one of priority solutions in the field of automation of a warehouse: Management of a warehouse" on a modern technology platform. For the enterprise it became critical not only to consider warehouse transactions, but also to manage fully them for the purpose of increase in efficiency of all warehouse complex.

At the time of the beginning of implementation specialists of Keraton company already had a positive operating experience of the accounting systems on a technology platform of 1C: Enterprise. Prior to implementation as a temporary warehouse management system own development on other platform was used.

Passing by specialists of Keraton company of a rate of AXELOT company "The organization of effective warehouse economy using the software product "1C Logistics became very important and useful step before implementation: Management of a warehouse" that allowed to gain in the shortest possible time the maximum impression about the correct use of functionality of a product and, thanks to it, to avoid many methodological and technical issues during implementation.

In the course of implementation technology business processes in a warehouse were carefully studied and formalized, the correct parametrical setup of a system and the organization of handbook data is made. It allowed to use functionality of a system most effectively.

During the project the following business processes are automated:

• goods acceptance;
• placement of goods;
• internal transfer;
• feed;
• order complete set;
• shipment of goods;
• inventory of goods.

According to Igor Yuryevich Savilov, the director of service IT of Keraton company, system implementation allowed to achieve the following results:

• create a single system of accounting of goods using the storage addresses;
• estimate and manage efficiency of use of warehouse spaces;
• optimize movements of goods in a warehouse;
• reduce influences of a human factor.
