TD of Yunilayt controls mobile trade in the Optimum

The management system for mobile trade of OPTIMUM (ASUMT) and geographic information system the OPTIMUM of GIS are implemented in TD of Yunilayt company.

Prerequisites

For increase in efficiency, quality of work with clients, in the company the decision - to optimize a distribution system and the product deliveries by the organization of department of sales representatives and automation of their work was made. At the same time combination of algorithms of visit by sales representatives of outlets and logistics of delivery, in one controlled process was the main objective of automation. Before "TD of Yunilayt" did not locate staff of the sales representatives working "in fields" and customer interaction was performed by phone.

Creation

At the first stage, having applied ASUMT of OPTIMUM, activity of 50 sales representatives is automated. Further, during 2010 increase in their number to 70 is planned. The modules OPTIMUM of the GIS "Monitoring of Sales Representatives" and "Routing", the analytical module OLAP are implemented. A system allows to transfer the order "from fields", to control work of sales representatives.

Implementation and project startup are complete within two months.
