TEK-Electronics implements ERP

On April 3, 2014 1C:Enterprise 8 became known of implementation in TEK-Electronics company of the software solution ". Management of manufacturing enterprise". Integrator in the 1C Architect of business project.

Project Tasks

With development of the company, not satisfactory work of an enterprise information system owing to what it was recognized outdated and improper for further operation became growth of production capacities, obvious. The company management made the decision on transition to the modern complete solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise".

As the contractor of the project company "1C Architect of business" which has wide experience of successfully completed projects, existence of certificates of conformity to the quality standards and also all necessary competences is selected. Besides, specialists of "1C Architect of business", offered the flexible scheme of transfer of the enterprise on a new system on the job.

Project Progress

During the project the following subsystems of the enterprise were automated:

• production management;
• accounting of serial numbers of products;
• management of pricing;
• management of settlement;
• purchase management;
• sales management;
• inventory management.

Specialists of "1C Architect of business" transferred necessary normative and help, historical and operational information from old to a new system. The due information security of a new ERP system was ensured. Besides, some functions of the enterprise were modified, together with IT specialists of the company completions, specific reports and printed forms for saving of time and more comfortable work of employees are written. Functional and role preparation and user training to work in a system was carried out. In total at the enterprise 35 jobs were automated.

Project Results

As a result of project implementation the quality of information for the operational analysis of activity of the enterprise and management of production business processes increased.
