The project on implementation of organizational and administrative document flow took only one and a half months — including inspection and implementation. "After studying of implementation of business processes in the standard solution Documentum the customer made the decision to build processes on templates of bines-processes of ORD which are already put in a system" — Alexander Axelrod says. "The project was executed in record even for our extensive practice by Documentum terms: all processes were adjusted by consultants using standard settings of a system".

Thus, in TGC-14 unique implementation of EMC Documentum took place: business processes in the company were brought into accord with a system, document flow earned "from a box", without any additional completions.

"How the standard solution HORDES works at the EMC Documentum platform — completely suits us. Now in a system 75 people work, and there are plans for finishing number of users to 150. Also 6 branches are already connected to EDMS" — the deputy CEO of TGC-14 for economy and finance Evgeny Zhubanov tells.
