2021: BI Platform Implementation for Project Data Storage and Analysis

In the perimeter of the Trust, non-core assets of five rehabilitated financial institutions were consolidated.

This specificity has defined a high level of complexity and features of the BI implementation project. The Trust and GlowByte teams had to work with a lot of data concentrated in specific software. The project management system did not meet the bank's needs to obtain project data quickly and did not meet the requirements for business analysis and visualization systems .

The Trust and GlowByte teams have created a single tool for generating operational, consistent and reliable information on key performance indicators and asset management. The BI system allows you to get information on the project of interest in seconds and present it in a given form with approved detailing online. This is a tool necessary not only for the productive ongoing work of the bank's divisions, but also for making management decisions at all levels.

Implemented as a set of information panels, the BI system describes the life cycle of the main project activity of the bank for all assets and allows you to quickly identify and respond to changes in a timely manner. Despite the fact that the main stage of the launch of the system into industrial operation of the project occurred during the period of quarantine and restrictions, we managed to launch the project on target, the whole process took five months, "commented Mikhail Fedyulin, senior project manager of GlowByte, Business Intelligence team.

In 2021, the teams plan to implement the next part of the project, which includes expanding the functionality of the dashboards developed earlier and adapting the BI system to changes accompanying the activities of the Trust non-core assets bank.
