In the Russian representative office of ZF Friedrichshafen AG vedyon accounting of IFRS and RAS based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV

In the head company of concern as the information platform the specialized international version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV developed by the German specialists was used. Results of its work satisfied users and the management of concern which appreciated functionality of a system and opportunity. Therefore the decision – to use development in scales of all concern for unification of activity of all divisions entering it, taking into account requirements of the legislation of the specific country was made.

Project implementation required a team of IT consultants which could implement the solution, finish it according to requirements of the customer, test, train in work with the system of specialists of the customer. The project team was international: specialists of NaviCon Group bore responsibility for sale of the financial block, questions of industrial automation and service were solved by the German staff of concern.

Within the project specialists of NaviCon Group upon the demand of the client developed the special functionality allowing to keep at the same time in one base account according to standards IFRS and RAS, without duplication of transactions. Thus, the problem of double entry of data was solved. And, feature of the project in that the fact that primary account in a system is kept in IFRS. At the same time, tools of a system allow to organize preparation and formation of the procedural reporting under rules of the Russian financial accounting (RAS). Such approach is unusual to the Russian legal entities.

The project was implemented within 5 months.
