TV Center implements Business Process Management Suite

On February 19, 2015 it became known of end in TV Center TV company of the first project stage of system implementation of management business of processes on the IDLab WorkFlow platform. Integrator in the project IDLab company.

Project Tasks

Together with development of the company - expansion of a zone of broadcasting, upgrade of studios, new projects and programs, there was a need to automate and upgrade processes of document flow in the company.

Project Progress

In December, 2014 IDLab began works in an implementation project of an electronic document management system in TV Center TV company.

System implementation was planned promptly. For February 19, 2015 the project are on a home straight. The main works are completed, trial operation of the module began in January, 2015, trial operation comes to the end.

In the first two months of work on the project the wide range of tasks is solved:

• the core of the module is finished under needs of the Customer,
• the big list of document types and business processes is configured,
• the design of the interface is changed,
• the mechanism of communications with documents is upgraded,
• the mechanism of import of data on employees and an organization structure is developed.
