On January 29, 2016 the SKB Kontur company announced implementation in IT infrastructure of the T Plus Group of the solution Kontur.Diadok, being going to transfer to an electronic form ~ 15% of the document flow[1].

Project Tasks

In 2016 the T Plus Group planned to transfer about 15% of document flow to an electronic form that will make ~ 857 thousand electronic documents a year.

The project orderer — the supplier electro-and heat power from more than 160 thousand consumers — legal entities in 16 regions of the Russian Federation. Annually the company creates and sends them 5.4 million documents. Annual costs on document flow with one partner ~ 1.28 thousand rubles. All document flow costs group 204.8 million rubles a year.

Making the decision on transition to electronic document management (e-document flow), the group pursued three aims:

  • reduce costs
  • to quickly receive signed documents from clients
  • reduce labor costs - during the work with paper they made up to 30% of the working day of employees.

For the customer it was represented important that all controlled companies worked with electronic documents on a centralized basis, in a uniform format and according to one scheme.

Electronic document management is not just economy on paper and delivery of documents. It gives to group complex positive effect. Significant acceleration of document flow is a fast return of signed documents, timely closing of the period, operational payment of accounts. Besides, at electronic document management under control each its stage it is also visible that happens to the specific document at present.

Work in the project

The project team which part specialists of the customer and Kontur.Diadok e-document flow service were developed regulations of internal interaction at e-document flow - a necessary stage as the group uses the corporate accounting systems of SAP, 1C and different billing systems. The project team approved also a calculation formula of cost efficiency of YuZDO for group.

Integration of the Diadoc with the accounting systems of group took three months. For integration with 1C used the standard module of the Diadoc. Integration with SAP carried out by means of the program interface (API).

Project Results

For January 29 20169 years electronic documents (as signed by clients, and entering) automatically get to corporate systems SAP and 1C directly from personal accounts Diadoc. By calculations T Plus, on processing and carrying out the electronic document received through Diadoc and which came to the accounting system about two minutes leave.

As a result we expect to receive what we aim at. The loading percent on document flow by employees will be reduced from 30 to 5%, the number of technical errors will decrease. Costs for document flow at the current traffic already decreased by 1,990,000 rubles (2014-2015). For the next three years reduction by 13,120,000 rubles on sales holding is planned.

Integration with billing systems was carried out jointly by specialists of divisions of group and a command of SKB Kontur operator. In power supply companies "T Plus" different modifications solutions the Diadoc are for this purpose used. Connector.
