Amtel-Service automates a conference room Taas-Yuryakh Neftegazodobycha in Irkutsk

The IT service company "Amtel-Service" announced on September 13, 2017 automation of a conference room of the Irkutsk office of Taas-Yuryakh Neftegazodobycha company for holding meetings, conferences, seminars, business meetings with use of modern means of audio-and video maintenance. The HSS Conference room is delivered as the complete solution ready for operation.

Project Tasks

Under the terms of the contract Amtel-Service belongs delivery of all multimedia and telecommunication equipment as a part of the Conference room complex to duties, carrying out erection and balancing and commissioning, providing a complete set of the technical and operational documentation executed according to GOST 2.601-2013 and also domestic situations of the customer about an order of input of information systems in commercial operation.

Automation objects are the main hall for holding actions and operational acceptance of management decisions calculated up to 50 local users; the hardware room for placement of a rack with the equipment; the premises for translators.

Also Amtel-Service will provide service maintenance of all equipment as a part of a complex for a period of 2 years, including replacement or repair of the failed equipment, consultations on setup of the equipment.
