2026: AI Assistant Implementation
The company Napoleon IT has completed the industrial introduction of a corporate AI assistant for internal technical support of the network of stores "Girlfriend." The solution based on LLM and RAG is deployed in 600 stores of the chain, where more than 3,000 employees use it. Napoleon IT announced this on February 13, 2026.
The AI assistant provides sellers and administrators with quick, real-time access to corporate knowledge and internal regulations. The bot works through Telegram and helps employees receive confirmed answers on internal instructions without the need to distract from the main work tasks.
The solution in the cloud infrastructure uses open source LLM Gemma in conjunction with the RAG approach: the model generates responses based on the extracted context from internal corporate documents without accessing external cloud LLM services. The average response time is up to 5 seconds. The AI assistant supports working with documents of any text format. Telegram ID authorization provides secure access only for employees.
As a result of the implementation, the company recorded information a 95% reduction in search time, a decrease in the number of operational errors and an acceleration in customer service. An additional effect was to reduce the burden on senior employees and accelerate the adaptation of new ones. - AI assister allows beginners to receive uniform and relevant answers without involving colleagues.
In the future, companies plan to form a single platform on the basis of an AI assistant for transforming internal processes of the entire network, including training and staff adaptation, automatic document analysis, support for category managers and procurement, assistants for IT specialists. It is expected that the development of the platform will improve operational efficiency, reduce risks and provide a single standard of knowledge in all stores of the chain.
