Profit from sales in 2024 amounted to 1.23 billion rubles against 1.61 billion rubles a year earlier. At the same time, a pre-tax loss of 845.71 million rubles was recorded, while in 2023 the company registered pre-tax profit at 407.86 million rubles. Millions of customers' data leaked

The data of millions of customers of the chain of cosmetics and perfume stores "Girlfriend" was leaked. The profile Telegram channel "Information Leaks" reported this on August 2, 2023. According to him, common information includes data from users of the retailer's online store:

• first/last name;
• telephone (2 million unique numbers);
• e-mail address (2 million unique addresses);
• hashed password;
• gender;
• data registration and last call (from 14.03.2017 to 29.07.2023).

The authors of the Telegram channel claim that they selectively checked random phone numbers and found out that they were genuine. It is reported that the data was "leaked" by the hacker group UHG. The "Girlfriend" does not comment on the leak, Roskomnadzor but reported on the started check.

Roskomnadzor will check information about a possible leak of personal data of customers of the online store "Girlfriend." As of 16:00 on August 2, 2023, Roskomnadzor did not receive a notification of the incident from the company, the ministry said in a statement.

According to the amendments to the Law "On Personal Data," which entered into force on September 1, 2022, in the event of a data leak, the operator is obliged to notify Roskomnadzor within 24 hours, and within 72 hours to provide the department with the results of an internal investigation indicating the cause and perpetrators. On August 8, 2022, the Alcor and Co company (owner of the L'Etoile chain of stores) announced the purchase of the entire chain of cosmetics, perfumes and household chemicals stores "Girlfriend." The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Until August 2022, Alcor and Co owned 90% of Taber Trade LLC (controlled by the Girlfriend network), and now another 10% of the shares have been acquired. 5% of the company remained with the founder of the company Dmitry Tamurka, another 5% - with its executive director Pavel Smirnov.

By August 2022, 287 stores of the "Girlfriend" chain operate in Russia, the range of the chain has 22 thousand product items (cosmetics, perfumes, self-care products, accessories and jewelry). L'Etoile is represented by 1,000 stores in 250 Russian cities. According to the company's own data, more than 60 thousand goods are sold on its marketplace.

On August 8, 2022, changes in the management of Taber Trade LLC were also announced: one of the founders of the company, Dmitry Tamurka, was replaced by Stanislav Melinger as general director.
