Readiness

Increasing service rate of clients, the management of cafe made the decision on automation of a number of workflows. For the project the solution " is selected by BIT:APPETITE. Waiter. The bartender", intended for automation of jobs of waiters, bartenders, cashiers and administrators of institutions of restaurant business. The developer company of a product "1C became the partner in the project : The first BIT".

Solution

During the project 1C specialists: The first BIT made installation and setup of the program, provided user training.

Result

With system implementation customer service at the checkout significantly accelerated, operational processing and sending orders for kitchen became possible. Emergence of queues is excluded, guests of cafe should not wait for accomplishment of the order long more. Service quality and level of service in cafe increased. The number of visitors increased. The management had an opportunity to manage the range of the menu, to quickly obtain exact data on sales, to control activity of employees.
