On March 31, 2015 it became known of the project of installation of self-service terminals in network of restaurants Tanuki. Contractors of a technical and technology part of the project of Advanced Systems of Self-service company and Samsung Electronics Rus (Samsung).

Project Tasks

The management of group of restaurants with great interest treats the innovative technological solutions improving service quality of guests and increasing business performance.

The company made the decision on installation of the self-service terminals developed on individual design. Equipment suppliers: companies "Advanced systems of self-service" and Samsung Electronics.

"Increase in availability and automation of process of acceptance of the order became the main premises for collaboration in installation of self-service terminals. Terminals allow to make the order with ease, without leaving office or on the way home that noticeably saves time, − Alexander Triguba, the deputy general managing director for information technologies of group of Tanuki and RUFF restaurants noted.

Project Progress

The Advanced Systems of Self-service company was responsible for design, development and delivery of self-service terminals. Specialists of the company developed a qualitative and reliable complex. Due to branding it will be recognized in Tanuki network. As the display the professional panel of Samsung intended for broad application with characteristics for use under business tasks is used:

  • high image quality,
  • convenience of operation,
  • reliability,
  • economic energy consumption,
  • stylish design
  • small dimensions.

"One of trends of development of hospitality industry today – installation of self-service terminals, as additional sales points in places with big passability, – the chairman of the board of directors of Advanced Systems of Self-service company noted Galya Yapparov. — It already works in the largest networks of fast food. Thanks to terminals, Tanuki restaurants will get two advantages at once: sales increase at the expense of the convenient order of food for the house (for example, in shopping center) and additional advertizing of network of restaurants, terminals have an attractive design and are capable to interact in an interactive mode with the buyer".

The first self-service terminals are installed in several pilot zones. The analysis of their work will help to plan places of their further installation, and, on the basis of the received feedback from real users, if necessary to make completion.
