On January 18, 2019 SAP CIS reported that together with Tape began product introduction for marketing and analytics of SAP Marketing and SAP Predictive Analitics based on SAP HANA.
During the project in Tape the single platform for the analysis of consumer behavior and efficiency of marketing actions will be created. Based on the platform to gather all information on client experience: activities and interactions in different channels, the checks given from the Internet including from social networks, etc. In plans of the retailer development of analytics given using machine learning technologies and predictive analytics that will help the company to automate process of formation of the optimal personified offers for the clients. Improvement of the interoperability layer of Tape with the buyers on all communication channels, cost optimization and improvement of service quality of buyers from the moment of emergence of requirement before purchase commission will become result of the digital project.
In Tape the successful loyalty program which cornerstone the analysis of purchasing habits is is implemented. We use this information for optimization of the prices, promotion actions, the range, increase in level of service and personification of our offer for our buyers.
