2022: Implementation of Primo RPA

In 2022, Lenta faced the need to migrate from the Blue Prism platform to the domestic Primo RPA solution due to the withdrawal of the world's leading IT vendors from the market. Lenta has chosen the Primo RPA platform to continue to automate its business processes.

The project included the migration of 46 processes in just 2.5 months, which allowed Lenta to minimize interruptions and continue to use robotization effectively. The use of Primo RPA has enabled the automation of a number of key operations, including document processing, supply management and customer service.

The migration from Blue Prism to Primo RPA was successful thanks to careful preparation and clear planning. Machine learning and data processing technologies were used, which made it possible to speed up processes and increase their reliability. The new approach has enabled Lenta to optimize IT infrastructure costs by providing flexibility and scalability.

The implementation of the project included integration with existing Lenta systems and training of personnel to work with the new platform. Thanks to this, employees quickly adapted to changes and were able to continue to fulfill their duties using new tools.

The use of the Primo RPA platform allowed Lenta not only to maintain a high level of automation, but also to improve the performance of business processes. This was made possible by the use of advanced technologies and close cooperation with the contractor.
