Taskombank started Directum implementation

Lan Servis and Bee Didzhital companies announced the beginning of the project on system implementation of electronic document management and interaction management of Directum in Taskombank.

Taskombank is included into the TAS group — one of dynamically developing financial and industrial groups of Ukraine, says Directum company. The bank holding of the TAS group has wide network of departments, has own call center and actively develops a line of retail and corporate offers for the clients. The development strategy of Taskombank provides permanent improvement of the internal management processes directly connected with quality improvement of banking services, efficiency of internal management, dynamic development in the financial sector of Ukraine. The tasks facing bank led to accurate awareness of need of optimization and automation of internal business processes in this connection the decision on implementation in Taskombank of a system of the ESM-class was made.

The choice of system provider was carried out by specialists of bank on the basis of market research. Special attention was paid to experience of implementation of similar projects in the financial sector of Ukraine. Price/quality the electronic document management system and interaction managements of Directum was recognized an optimal solution on a ratio. Directum implementation project in partnership was undertaken the certified partner of Directum in Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia — Lan Servis company and also the supplier of the scanning equipment in the Ukrainian market and the authorized partner of Directum — Bee Didzhital company.

Implementation provides automation and setup of a number of business processes and also integration with internal systems of bank. Project implementation is expected 4 calendar months.

Within preliminary discussion of the party of the project defined the conditions guaranteeing observance of deadlines and quality of the project: the timely beginning of works on the analysis of document flow according to the purpose and project tasks; precise plan of works and obligation of accomplishment of its points in time; involvement in process of the analysis of the top management of Taskombank; selection of specialists of bank in the structure of the bilateral working group; appointment of the working group as the head from bank of one of representatives of the top management of Taskombank.

Thus, the combined team of implementation consisting of specialists of Lan Servisa and Bee Didzhital will interact within the working group with responsible representatives of Taskombank at all stages of the project — from the analysis and a system design before the end of its commercial operation. High-quality training of specialists of Taskombank will be provided by professional teachers of the certified Lans-Directum training center.
