the automation of activity of the oil company Tatburrastvory LLC based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product directed to creation of a common information space of financial and economic activity of the enterprise Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) - Kazan make the implementation in the oil company Tatburrastvory LLC based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product directed to creation of a common information space of financial and economic activity of the enterprise.

Core activity of the enterprise – production of clay solution. At the enterprise there are two stationary plants on production of solution – Aznakayevsky and Leninogorsk, and as required employees of the enterprise come out directly to drill floors for production of solution on site. Accounting, Economic departments and department of Payroll are in Leninogorsk. A main customer of the enterprise is Bureniye LLC. In the Company more than 150 people work.

The guide of the Customer made the decision on automation of the enterprise for implementation of the following tasks:

• Automation of accounting and tax accounting, taking into account features of the enterprise
• Ensuring operational accounting of Inventories
• Ensuring operating control of settlement with partners
• Automation of activity of HR department
• Automation of payroll

The task to offer the automation system the most fully corresponding to needs of the Customer and to bring it into commercial operation as soon as possible was set for specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) - Kazan. The guide of the Customer was initial is focused on software of the 1C: Enterprise family because the Customer is included into group, automated or automated on 1C: Enterprise. During the Project presentation specialists of BIT company it is reasoned suggested to use as the basic system "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" as it will allow to achieve the goals declared the customer in a short time at reasonable price.

The specifics of implementation at the enterprise were as follows: 1. Setup accounting of leased fixed assets 2. Setup accounting of transport and procurement expenses 3. Requirements to the reporting under personnel records and payroll. At the enterprise a large number of output forms is used. 4. Cost accounting of finished goods, the performed works of the main and auxiliary productions.

Now a system is in commercial operation. During the project for the period June-October, 2010 the following functional circuits and subsystems of accounting are automated and put into commercial operation:

• Accounting;
• tax accounting;
• cash management;
• sales management;
• purchase management;
• production management
• inventory management;
• management of settlement with partners;
• payroll of the organization;
• registration of personnel;
• accounting of overalls and special equipment;
• fixed asset accounting.

Specialists of the company "1C: Accounting and Trade - BIT (Kazan)" carried out express inspection, delivery and installation software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" on 10 jobs, training of staff of the company, completion of software under requirements of the customer and maintenance of trial operation.

Thanks to work of a project team from specialists of "1C: Accounting and Trade (BITS)", a common information space of financial and economic activity of the enterprise is also created. Processes of management of purchases and production are brought to new qualitative level. The effective management of money is increased that allowed to increase system effectiveness of internal control.
