In Tatfondbank the project on implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" HRM system is complete. Implementation is executed by Intelkom company. Earlier for the solution of some problems of personnel records in bank this system therefore it was decided to build a new system on the basis of this solution was already used, having broadened the sphere of its application and having adapted for features of personnel records.
A system allows to receive relevant data on number of staff and employee transfers for the period. Possibilities of planning and the analysis of actions for training and certification of personnel therefore control over training and testing of specialists considerably became simpler are expanded.
For each specialist the detailed training plan, with indication of a rate, a type of the training responsible for its organization of the employee is kept. The system of the individual notification of employees for the purpose of the due notice about the planned personnel actions is customized.
As a result of implementation of a HRM system specialists of HR department have exact data on the movement of number, change of categories of positions and official salaries, to fund of the earned payment for types of charges and categories, wage fund for categories and positions.
Unloading in the system of accounting of data and postings on all made charges is provided that promotes acceleration of payroll calculation and its reflection in accounting data. For optimization of work of branches the system of differentiation of access rights taking into account division and ex-officio full powers of the employee is customized. For branches outside Tatarstan the possibility of reflection in time keeping and payroll of local calendar holidays is implemented.
