Tatfondbank implements a storage system

On January 29, 2014 it became known of end of the first project phase of creation of a single analytical platform for different types of the reporting by the companies RDTECH and "Tatfondbank" within which it is organized corporate data warehouse and the system of the management reporting in interests "Tatfondbank".

Project Progress

Within this project phase, along with development of the system of the management reporting, the system core is created — the bank model of storage is implemented, the technology of daily data loading is configured. For February 13, 2014 the project team started implementation of the second stage - preparation of a system of financial planning, its integration with storage and the system of the management reporting, automation of the block of the reporting of investment business.

"For short term the joint command executed the large volume of works — from writing of techniques of management accounting, data loading and setup of show-windows to user training and reconciliation of quality of data. The quality of the issued management reporting is very important parameter — in our bank much attention was always paid to it — Olga Maximova, the head of department of the analysis and planning of Tatfondbank emphasized. — Together with the corporate data warehouse we received the powerful mechanism of business checks which will simplify this work and will help to maintain quality of the reporting up to standard".

Project Results

A set of analytical data marts on the credits, cards, deposits, guarantees, RKO and other commission products, administrative expenses and staff expenses is composition. In each of analytical show-windows data are detailed to the level of transactions that helps users to carry out the analysis of financial results (including percentage, transfer, commission, movements of reserves, etc.) at the detailed level — up to specific transactions.

Information top of the created system - the summary show-window of performance indicators providing data for the analysis of amounts and a financial result, calculation of profitability and quantitative indices of banking business in all key cuts (office, branch, the CFD, a product, the client).
