The first stage of an implementation project of Business Process Management Suite of ELMA in IHK Tatgazinvest Ltd was successfully completed

Investment Holding Company Tatgazinvest Ltd is created on January 25, 1999 as division of Tatgazinvest Ltd for satisfaction of needs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation for gasification of industrial and social facilities according to the program of JSC Gazprom.

Main objective of work of the enterprise is accomplishment of the set and expected requirements of customers, mastering of the new directions in domestic market and entry into the world market on sales of products and services.

Main objectives which were set as the management at start of the ELMA system in the company is a coordination of work of all company, workflow automation and increase in speed of performance of work. "I want that everything worked quickly and accurately" - the chief financial officer of IHK TATGAZINVEST Ltd Ganiyev Marcel Mansurovich.

Within the first stage of an implementation project work on workflow automation at the enterprise, and also start in operation of one of key business processes of "Approval of the Material Requisition" company was done.

Implementation of electronic document management allowed to refuse completely work with paper documents and to increase control and speed of work.

Already upon completion of the first stage it is possible to speak about the received results:

• The main documentation of the company is transferred to an electronic form;
• Procedures (approvals, processes) work according to regulations;
• The uniform base of document storage with quick access of responsible persons is created
• Losses of information are minimized;
• Processing speed of requests and finance documents is increased;
• Employees and from any place (remote divisions) are at any time in an operating mode.

The next stage of implementation plans work on synchronization of ELMA and 1S and also creation of a management system for indicators of IHK TATGAZINVEST Ltd for the purpose of additional increase in speed business - processes and company management online.
