2020: Completion of automation of accounting of the special equipment at three plants "Tatneft"

The 1C-Rarus company announced on March 17, 2020 completion of automation of accounting of the special equipment at three plants 'Tatneft'. The Kazan office '1C-Rarus' continues cooperation with UK Tatneft Neftekhim LLC. Based on the solution '1C: MES. Operational Production Management' the subsystem on accounting of the main industrial equipment which provides effective use more than 4,000 special compression molds was created.

The petrochemical complex Tatneft Neftekhim was created in 2002. In its structure the enterprises which are in close interrelation with tire production are joint. In the company more than 12,000 people work.

Tatneft

For production of tires on tire production about 4,000 special compression molds are used. The cost of everyone is several hundred thousands of rubles, and to the enterprise it is important that this special equipment conformed to all necessary regulations and requirements, was used most effectively and also in time underwent maintenance. In the course of use of a compression mold constantly are improved under requirements of the customer, production and the legislation. Management of such number of the special equipment in the manual mode is very labor-consuming and comprises a set of risks. For example, the compression mold which is not serviced in time can lead to frustration of the plan on production. Also strict requirements from the legislation are imposed to production of tire products. Any violations can lead to defects or failure from full lot from the customer.

The management of the enterprise made the decision on creation of 'The electronic passport' of the special equipment based on 1C: MES. Operational Production Management. 20 specialists at three plants of a complex became users of new functionality.

The subsystem helps to keep track of the current location of a compression mold – a warehouse, repair, cleaning or production and also automatically determines an operating time on the basis of reports of masters for change. A system itself exercises control and informs specialists on need of holding procedural procedures for cleaning and service of the special equipment.

During the project processes of primary acceptance are automated. Now in a system all carried-out inspections connected with compliance to necessary parameters and technical condition are reflected. Processes of acceptance of a compression mold to production were automated. In a system information on production of a test batch of tire products and the revealed defects of a tire is reflected.

Specialized visual forms which allow to simplify and accelerate work of personnel are developed for convenience of process of management of compression molds.

Address storage of compression molds in a warehouse is organized. There was an understanding where and what form is at the expense of what time for its sending to production is reduced.

Process of management of tasks for movements of a compression mold is organized. A system supports two operation modes with tasks – reflection of the fact of movement and formation of the plan for movement with further working off of the fact.

Thanks to joint work of our specialists and commands 1C-Rarus assigned tasks are carried completely out. Implementation of a subsystem on accounting of the main industrial equipment allowed us to increase considerably service life of compression molds, we could optimize processes necessary to us at the expense of what simplified and accelerated work of personnel. We will continue to finish and develop the solution, and we are sure that colleagues from 1C-Rarus will help us to achieve still big results,

2014: Implementation "1C:MES Operational production management"

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Individual training at office of the customer
  • Training in group at office of the customer

  • Management of warehouse stocks
  • Management of an order warehouse
  • Accounting of Inventories in shop storerooms
  • Data management about structure and structure of a product, a compounding
  • Production volume scheduling
  • Material requirement planning
  • Scheduling of production at the level of workshop
  • Raw materials supplied by the customer processing

Maintenance:

  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made
