System implementation of TEZIS in Tatnefteotdach

In JSC Tatnefteotdacha (Almetyevsk) system implementation of TEZIS came to the end with spring of 2012. Increase in controllability of the company, growth of KID and also noticeable reduction of time expenditure during the work with documents became a project deliverable on workflow automation.

JSC Tatnefteotdacha performs investigation, development and production of a hydrocarbonic raw material on several fields located in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to DeGolyer & MacNaughton, the proved and probable reserves of oil of JSC Tatnefteotdachi make 132,726 thousand barrels.

Ordering of business processes, cost reduction and also record keeping process acceleration in general became the workflow automation purposes at the enterprise. For effective solution of relevant tasks of the company the document management system and tasks of TEZIS was selected.

The modern electronic document management system will allow employees to save significantly time during the work with the large volume of information, cutting down material expenses for printout, copying and delivery of documents in paper form. Systems capabilities of TEZIS will provide timely receiving up-to-date information by the management about course of execution of instructions, allowing to control internal business processes of the company more effectively.

Expanded edition of a document management system and tasks of TEZIS was set in JSC Tatnefteotdacha in the shortest possible time. During the period from March 21 to April 9, 2012 specialists of developer company of HAULMONT performed a system implementation project which consisted of a number of stages: preproject inspection, installation of a system, EDMS setup and entering of data into a system, training of staff of JSC Tatnefteotdacha. At the moment in EDMS about 100 users work, more than 15,000 agreements are approved. All volume of documentation, orders and orders of the company are registered and stored in the THESIS system.
