JSC Tattelecom develops business and the centralized control by means of EDMS

The company "Tattelecom" expands a scope of employees with a system "CASE". Integrators in the project of the company "ABACUS" and InfoEngineering.

About the Solution

Estimated at Tattelecom companies of perspective of workflow automation in 2003. Then the decision on implementation of EDMS was made, and as a technology platform the CASE system is selected.

Project Development

At the beginning of the project sale of mechanisms of centralized accounting of all organizational and administrative and control and accounting documentation in the company, the guaranteed mailing and the centralized control over moving of documents to divisions was the global purposes of workflow automation of JSC Tattelecom.

Besides, ensuring the centralized control of course of execution of directives, resolutions and instructions of the management Tattelecom, control of terms of accomplishment of procedural transactions with documents, execution of schedules according to current agreements and actions the staff of divisions of the device and territorial subdivisions.

Also important task was creation of the mechanism of electronic approval of draft agreements, letters, orders and tools for ensuring the centralized storage of electronic copies of all documents of the organization on the uniform server, with preserving of paper originals of documents in places of formation and registration. By this moment all structures of JSC Tattelecom, including divisions of the device and more than fifty remote divisions in Kazan and other cities, use uniform methods of the automated office-work and paperless technologies of work with internal documentation that allows to respect the tough rules of ensuring confidentiality and performing discipline.

The next stage of implementation led to the organization of additional jobs of systems "CASE" and "DELO-Web", allowing to get access to a system to the users who are earlier not involved in work with electronic documents.

In total in the company about 900 jobs of the CASE system are set.

The project is executed by joint efforts of specialists of ABAK and Infoinzhiniring companies, partners of EOS Group.
