Tau-Express integrated cloud CRM into the business processes

On April 20, 2017 the company of the Cliques System announced a CRM technology implementation project in business processes of Tau-Express company.

Project Tasks

The functionality is demanded by the Tau-Express trading company:

• the organization of sales from the order placement moment before delivery to the client (including a chain of processes of warehouse and transport logistics, the financial block, etc.)
• statistical block.

With the advent of need of transition to other IC, the customer company considered five companies. As a result selected the product Cliques: CRM. Key parameters of influence on the choice:

• basic functions demanded by the customer
• possibility of setup by programmers of the developer.
• convenience of using
• presence of sufficient volume of statistical information for business.

Availability of CRM from any geographical point is also demanded by the customer.

Project Results

For April 20, 2017 the staff of Tau-Express company uses software "Click: CRM", both from office, and in "field" conditions.
