The Intellectika system integrator completed Docsvision system implementation at the enterprises of TAVR group.

Basis and reality

The Docsvision system is selected from quality of the single platform providing increase in controllability of business processes of the enterprise and reduction of time expenditure for work with documents for a number of the enterprises of AGROKY GROUP holding.

250 employees work with the Docsvision system at the enterprises of TAVR group. Database volume is 66 gigabytes, a total quantity of the documents registered in a system, about 13-14 thousand at the moment. Work on the project was continued about three months.

Yury Oganyants, the director of work with corporate clients Intellectika told: "It is one of the biggest and interesting projects performed by our company. We managed to create the effective transparent system providing the movement of all document flows in a uniform field. Need of accounting of all wishes of a business complex without violation of architecture of replicated solution was the difficult moment in this project. The next stage of the project — workflow automation and business processes of office "AGROKY GROUPS" and consolidation of document flow of all business complexes in a uniform information field. Thus, the number of users of a system will exceed 750 people".
