2005: Creation of a comprehensive automated system

LLC RKZ-Tavr"" is a classic organization of the meat-processing industry. That is, the technological production cycle includes all stages: the purchase and processing of livestock, the preparation of meat raw materials, the production of final products, which includes not only, sausage products but also canned medical and products. Complex organizational structure, multi-transfer production, the need for process control at the enterprise and a number of other factors led to the need to create an integrated automated system at RKZ-Tavr LLC.

As a software solution, the company's management chose TALARIX: Meat Processing Plant. During the implementation project, all key business processes were automated at all stages of production: from the purchase and slaughter of livestock to the sale of products.

Thanks to TALARIX: RKZ-Tavr LLC Meat Processing Plant received a tool for managing document flow, technological operations, storing recipes, monitoring the completeness of the bookmark of raw materials for production and recording the information specified in the legal agreement that determines the procedure for settlements with this buyer.

The system also provided a unified approach to inventory storage. To do this, a general reference book has been developed that contains information about materials, products, goods and services. Thanks to this, it became possible to reflect the implementation of different nature with the same document and indicate different nomenclature in the same document. In this case, the implementation account is configured by the user in the program.
