Taxi Gold selects Infinity Taxi for automation of service

The service Taxi Gold was organized in 2012 in Yekaterinburg. Before the company was engaged only in rendering transport services and providing special motor transport in lease. Taxi Gold Lada Priora, and personal machines of the invited drivers uses both own black cars.

"Together with development of our city people began a thicket to use taxi services. At some moment there came the situation that the existing city services to cope with constantly increasing volume of requests. Having noticed this trend, we also decided to try it, new day us, a type of activity, - Stepan Shakhnazaryan, the director of Taxi Gold tells. - Before we began to be engaged in business of the taxi, our process of work was constructed quite simply - in fact, order taking and answers to questions by phone by the operator, further normal paper work, anything special. Now before us sharply there was a question of the choice and acquisition of the modern solution for automation".

According to Stepan Kamoyevich, when choosing special attention was paid to the following aspects:

  • Present and stability of a program runtime;
  • Possibility of expansion of a system in the future;
  • Existence of active technical support;
  • A user-friendly interface for the operator;
  • Support of the universal application for driver's terminals (phones, navigators, smartphones);
  • Intuitive system management for heads and administrators;
  • Rich functionality (interactive information exchange between operators and terminals, mailing of SMS, different types of notifications and order taking).

"We in detail studied the solutions presented at the market, starting with conditionally free solutions based on Asterisk and finishing with commercial products. According to the results of we stopped the choice on Infinity Taxi from Weathervane Sale company which corresponded to the majority of our requests, - Stepan Shakhnazaryan comments. - In addition, of course, also other solutions were considered, but in them there were many disputable and open questions therefore we did not begin to risk".

After the choice program and also the Internet and a telecom of providers, implementation process was started: "At the very beginning of work we faced a number of technical issues which were connected with lack of experience of use of similar solutions at us. Consultations of technical specialists of Weathervane Sale helped to overcome this difficulty quickly. Adaptation of drivers to use of terminals, and operators to the client application became the second complexity for us - were not able to use and not always understood new process of work. However several group conversations with chewing of functionality of the program and its advantages bore fruit over time - drivers began to work adequately with terminals, it is correct to carry out procedures of orders and to click less where does not follow".

At the moment the following functions are most often used:

  • Callback – allows to save means of the client at a call;
  • The SMS module provides convenience of the client, quickly sending up-to-date information about an order status;
  • The GPS module – gives the chance to trace machines on the map of the city;
  • Statistics and monitoring of the supervisor allows to monitor work of operators and to listen to a talk in case of conflict or matters of argument;
  • The main working application at the operator gives the chance of use of a set of tools and has the intuitive interface;
  • The ordinary editor of the voice menu allows to change easily logic of work of IVR, its parameters and sound files. For example, in Taxi Gold set special congratulations for different holidays instead of a waiting tune;
  • The fast addresses – the convenient tool which gives the chance quickly to determine appointment points by orders even if the client does not know precisely the giving address.

In plans for the next year increase in vehicle fleet of machines, expansion of the staff of operators and also binding to the Infinity TAXI system of services in cargo transportation. In addition, holding different advertizing campaigns and the organization of service for delivery of food, flowers, etc. under the order is planned.
