GMCS (file) started in the summer of 2007 works on CRM-cistema's development in Tbinform company, the child structure of TNK-BP created at the end of 2006 for service of IT infrastructure of the enterprises of oil holding.
The company already uses the customer relationship management system constructed based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. With its help processes of acceptance and request processing on providing IT services, maintaining agreements, including formation of the specification of the rendered services, tracking of the status of signing of the contract, accounting of payment under agreements are automated.
Within this stage the additional modifications of the CRM system intended for process automation of a contracted work with an extensive network of the enterprises of holding will be developed and set.
In further GMCS is going to provide to the customer recommendations about minimization of failures in work of the CRM system and increase in its performance.
