Technopolice "Moscow" continues construction of DPC

Workshop AZLK Moskvich will be the biggest DPC of Russia

Knopp LLC Moscow powerful (to 25 MW) will open in Tenopolis the Data Processing Center (DPC). The DPC provides creation of unique infrastructure for cloud services (by an example Apple iCloud) which will be available not only to the large companies, but also small, medium business now. In it is mute will the powerful servers performing storage and information processing are concentrated; network equipment which is responsible for data exchange with the outside world; the engineering systems providing life activity of this "cyberbrain", and the security systems preserving DPC against undesirable invasions. The DPC will be near a switching node – a point of exchange of internetwork traffic which is created by Combell company - one more new resident of Technopolice.

For IT - the companies in Moscow reconstruct workshop of the AZLK Moskvich former plant of 14.2 thousand square meters. Reconstruction should come to the end in the first quarter 2016.

"Authorities of the capital selected 450 million rubles for restructuring of this body" - the Director of perspective development of Technopolice "Moscow" Gorbatova Anna noted. "3 billion more rubles in creation of the Data processing center will be invested by the resident of Technopolice - the Knopp company entering into RadiusGroup group. In the Data processing center the powerful servers performing storage and information processing will be concentrated".

Inga Kazakevich, the Head of department of investment projects of the Moscow Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship emphasized that the authorities of Moscow are interested in creation of high technology productions in the territory of the capital and create necessary and comfortable conditions for foreign producers. "Residents of the Moscow technoparks have a zeroing of tax rates for property, income tax is reduced to 13.5%. The department of science, industrial policy and entrepreneurship gives an opportunity of broader participation in city programs of support of business and crediting".

Project Development

On November 30, 2016 the Mastertel company announced end of the next stage of construction of DPC in the territory of Technopolice "Moscow".

Data processing center (DPC) with power more than 25 MW in Technopolice "Moscow" the territory more than 10 thousand m ². Data center it is expected 3 thousand server racks. The project is executed by teams of specialists of Technopolice "Moscow", the companies Mastertel and RadiusGroup.

Proceeding from the concept Technopolice "Moscow" and thanks to existence on the platform of big power capacities, the companies made the decision on assistance in creation of powerful data processing center. For project implementation in the territory of Technopolice the companies "Knot" and "Combell" are selected from an open competition.

On the basis of project researches reconstruction of the operating buildings and constructions is carried out, communications are brought: electricity, service water, heat, low-current sewerage, communication fiber lines; the areas for placement of reserve diesel generators and the accompanying infrastructure are selected.

The telecommunication provider "Mastertel" within the project will be engaged in construction and service of engineering networks, fiber lines and communication hubs.
