2019: Installation of electronic archive of documents

On July 29, 2019 the GENDALF company announced installation of electronic archive of documents in NPK "Technologies of Mechanical Engineering".

The Tekhmash concern is engaged in developments and serial deliveries of ammunition for the main shock groupings of Armed Forces of Russia and also equipment manufacturing for fuel power, the agricultural, home and medical refrigerating machinery.

The specifics of the enterprise require especially fast and exact transactions with documents, especially at requests from tax or other regulatory authorities. But the necessary efficiency managed to be reached not always, documents needed to be looked for long and to scan separately in paper archive. For the last five years 4 huge cabinets of documents width on several meters collected there. At the same time only scanning of each document took from 5 to 10 minutes. In such situation in Tekhmash made the decision to install "Scan Archive" - the program for creation of electronic archive using which it is possible to get instant access to documents and to provide them on any request including for tax.

Earlier in accounting of the company already used a possibility of attachment of files to documents in 1C base. However soon the base became very heavy, and "Scan Archive" saved the situation. All current document flow at the enterprise was already transferred to the program. The set-up time to checks was reduced by 5 times – now documents it is not necessary to scan every time when the request arrives.

We quite often should prepare for checks, and an opportunity to control documents and to store them in uniform base very much saves time.
