Tekhnostor implements the accounting automation equipment

The 1C:VDGB company completed the project on optimization of accounting based on the 1C: Accounting 8 software product in Tekhnostor LLC, the press service of integrator reported on June 3, 2013.

Implementation

Before implementation of the program experienced difficulties taking into account inventory stocks in the company, Tekhnostor LLC, the available goods and products.

Automation of accounting service permitted them – in the program of 1C accounting of Inventories on warehouses and batches is implemented. Inventory, purchase, implementation and movement of products of Tekhnostor LLC is reflected in the program in the relevant documents and provides transparency of accounting.

The production accounting implemented in the program allowed to keep account of all aspects of production – raw materials, materials, expenses, planned and actual cost, finished product output and many other. Accurate accounting and quick access to data provided full control over a production process and allowed to lower costs.

All specialized documents implemented in the program are reflected in accounting and tax accounting, providing saving of time and excepting errors at data entry. Besides, an opportunity to fill out data on tax accounting in the automatic mode on the basis of information of accounting, allowed to perform all calculations even quicker.

Result

Implementation of the program 1C: Accounting 8 in Tekhnostor company was succeeded to exclude errors in accounting, to provide control over production and to lower costs.
