Tekhnotreyd, TD (1C: Enterprise 8.0)

In June, 2007 the company management Tekhnotreyd made the decision on implementation of the information management system by the enterprise. A system had to keep the dynamic growth and development of the company.

Project objectives were the following:

• System implementation of management accounting;
• Accounting system implementation;
• System implementation of payroll;
• System implementation of tax accounting;
• Receiving system of reliable timely accounting of assets;
• Production planning system implementation.

As a product for implementation the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system was selected for the reason that even its basic functionality covered the majority of the available functional requirements to an automated system of accounting and management.

As the partner in system implementation was the Infosoft company is selected.

Works were performed on project technology.

Within the project examination of work of the enterprise and requirements to future system was conducted. All requirements were recorded in Technical specifications and further are successfully implemented based on the selected 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program. Implementation of the developed system took place according to the developed plan. A system was installed on all jobs, necessary initial data were entered in it, training of all users is provided. In process of work with a system the arising discrepancies were eliminated, and operational consultation of users was carried out.

Entering of normative reference information in a system as production of this type of products assumes 12 repartitions became the most difficult moment of implementation. And product assortment is also big. But the company management wanted to use fully instruments of production planning and accounting. With respect thereto the mechanism of shift production planning was processed.

According to the results of the done work it is possible to say that the task set for the working group is executed fully. In total 20 jobs are automated. A system is in commercial operation since December "01", 2007. Fully the following subsystems function:

• Purchase management;
• Inventory management;
• Sales management;
• Order management;
• Product data management;
• Production planning;
• Production management;
• Products cost accounting;
• Cash management;
• Personnel records and payroll;
• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Purchase planning;
• Certification of the nomenclature.

Implementation yielded the following results:

• The unified information system which replaced a number of not interconnected programs is received;
• Document flow is adjusted, the speed of approval and document approval is increased;
• The transparency of accounting and efficiency of control over transactions is increased;
• Speed of obtaining information necessary for the analysis and acceptance of management decisions increased;
• The effective management of money and customer relations is increased;

The company management Tekhnotreyd is going to improve the implemented system regarding production planning, budgeting and other areas of enterprise management.
