Nexign and Tele2 completed an implementation project of the automation system of settlings with partners

2019: Completion of implementation of Partner Relationship Management

The company Nexign announced on January 28, 2020 a successful completion of an implementation project in Tele2 systems Partner Relationship Management, business processes the operator intended for support on interaction communications with a partner network. As a result of implementing solution the operator received the flexible mechanism for automation of settlings with dealers and content-providers.

Interaction of the companies on the project began in 2016 when Nexign won the tender for installation of the automation system of settlings with partners. For implementation the solution Partner Relationship Management (PRM) which allows to manage flexibly calculation of partner remunerations through the configured user interface was selected, promotes reduction of costs for maintenance of processes of partner interaction and also increase in efficiency of sales channels.

Throughout the project permanent interaction of specialists of Tele2 and Nexign was required. As a result of harmonious work of our expert commands we received a flexible solution for management of calculation of partner remunerations that considerably will expand instruments of cooperation and also will make possible formation of exclusive conditions for key partners, commented Alexander Knyazev, the director of operational work with mass market of Tele2

A system needed to be arranged under business processes of Tele2. To meet requirements of the telecom operator, many of already implemented processes were exposed to deep processing.
