Content

The Terrasoft group automated the loyalty program of Agush Kopilk for Wimm-Bill-Dann company.

Solution

At a stage of technical implementation of the project all works were executed by specialists of Terrasoft company. For automation of the Agusha Kopilka program the decision to use the Terrasoft Loyalty system was made.

The implementation project of Terrasoft Loyalty was separated into two main stages: completion of Terrasoft Loyalty according to requirements of the Progression agency and expansion of functionality Terrasoft Loyalty for connection of new partners and expansion of opportunities for interaction with participants of the loyalty program.

The implemented tasks

  • The Terrasoft Loyalty system is adapted on the basis of the requirements created by the Progression agency;
  • Web services of interaction Terrasoft Loyalty and the website http://agulife.ru are developed and implemented;
  • A number of retail chain stores with which for interaction the mechanism of loading of purchases of participants of the loyalty program is configured is connected;
  • Automation of a warehouse of gifts is implemented.
  • Within development of the loyalty program of Agush Kopilk by specialists of Terrasoft business consultation which purpose was a development of ways of further development of the loyalty program was carried out.

Opinion

Evgeny Lemesh, the head of the Business service and Loyalty of group of Terrasoft company, emphasized importance of use of the CRM system in loyalty program implementation. According to him: "Terrasoft Loyalty acts as a uniform processing center of Agush Kopilk in which information on all transactions is flown down. A system serves as storage of the complete information about end consumers of products of Agush. It is one of not many cases of creation of communication between the producer and the end consumer, passing intermediaries. The program provides to the producer all necessary tools for creation of full dialog with the client and formation of its loyalty".
