2019: Implementation 1C: Document Flow

Premises for the project is need to transfer document flow of the companies from paper on an electronic form, for the reasons:

• control of performing discipline;
• need of standardization of documents;
• need of business process optimization;
• reduce risks of loss of originals of documents;
• need of signing of originals of documents using the EDS;
• cost reduction upon transition to paperless technology.

Project objectives on development and deployment of a corporate information system of document flow based on the DO configuration:

• increase in performing discipline due to creation of effective tools for control;
• increase in efficiency of document handling due to standardization of documents and business process optimization for all divisions of the company;
• cutting of costs for replication and mailing of documents due to failure from paper document flow in the company;
• cutting of costs for implementation and maintenance of an electronic document management system due to the choice of the standard product '1C: Document Flow 2 CORP' integrated with a corporate system 1C: Payroll and HR Management, edition 3.1;

The most appropriate solution for implementation of effective objectives of the project recognized "1C: Document Flow 2 CORP".

In the course of the project for achievement of goals of the Customer the following tasks were carried out: 1. By a methodical part:

• user instructions on work as the 1C: Document Flow 2 CORP system are developed;
• qualifiers of document types are developed;
• routes of business processes are developed;
• document templates are developed;
• the authorization matrix is developed for documents.

2. By a technology part:

• IT systems and business processes of the Customer are analyzed;
• business processes of the Customer in standard "1C: Document Flow 2 CORP" are simulated;
• a system is unrolled at the Customer's capacities, its tuning is performed;
• the EDS keys are configured;
• data exchange with 1C: Enterprise Accounting CORP, edition 3.0 is configured;
• seamless integration with 1C: Payroll and HR Management, edition 3.1 is configured
• users are trained.

Project Results:

• document flow is transferred from paper to "1C: Document Flow 2 CORP";
• instructions for work with functionality "1C: Document Flow 2 CORP" are developed and enacted;
• control over business processes of the company is increased;
• documents are unified and business processes of the company are optimized;
• risks of loss of documents and non-execution of terms of accomplishment of instructions are reduced;
• the possibility of signing of documents using the EDS is provided;
• possibilities of 1C: Payroll and HR Management due to integration into the workflow system are raised.
