• Increase the rhythm of production, minimize downtime due to untimely supply of raw materials.

Project results

The main result is an increase in the efficiency of operational management:

• a single source of "truth" for making management decisions (information in the system cannot be distorted and then returned back without consequences);
• increasing trust in the information received from the system, increasing responsibility for the entered information, reducing the time for checking numbers;
• Improve employee productivity by eliminating the double entry of the same data into different programs
• obtaining operational summary information with the possibility of detailing to the primary source and responsible person;
• improving the quality of information on the production and economic activities of the company and its transparency due to operational and reliable data in the system;
• increased rhythmicity of production due to arrangement of through process between subdivisions: supply and production, minimisation of downtime due to untimely supply of raw materials.
