"BelAZ" starts a corporate portal on the NetWeaver platform

The Atlantconsult company performed implementation according to the large-scale project "Dealer Portal" in JSC BELAZ on the intellectual SAP NetWeaver Portal platform, the company integrator reported on February 26, 2013.

Job

The project is implemented within 9 months. The command from Atlantconsult in number of 10 people, under the leadership of Denis Quiricus took part in work. Specialists from other laboratories were involved: Business intelligence and Management accounting. The BelAZ also created a team of 6 people which worked together with joint stock company in development and system implementations.

Denis Quiricus noted: "The most important that the implemented system gained practically at once recognition of his clients, thus many functional problems of the BelAZ and its TPS began to be solved quicker".

Result

Results are achieved:

• Reaching of the enterprise the new level of management, thanks to a possibility of obtaining operational information and decision making in online the mode.
• Increase in standards of the rendered services in commodity distribution network (TPS). Received levers of the systematized motivation and coordination of business activities of TPS. For example, now dealers and the service centers of the plant can resolve the issues (to order spare parts, to look at existence in a warehouse etc.) irrespective of its territorial provision.
• Effective management of warehouse stocks at the expense of opportunities for instant information exchange, the original products of all participants of TPS considering a status of warehouses.
